Annual Retreat 2022

Please join yoga master Fabienne Gauthier on her 2020 spring retreat. It begins with the urban excitement and world-renowned food culture of Mexico City, followed by a relaxing and reviving stay on a tropical beach in Oaxaca, with daily yoga classes.

Stretch your mind, Stretch your body

Fabienne Gauthier is a Master Teacher of many forms of yoga and breath work. She will guide her students into deep states of Theta, where there is no thought, where the senses withdraw. This is the place where the magic of union with Self happens.

Meet the experts

Nick Gilman

"I only write what I believe. All opinions here are educated but subjective. For the most part, I only publish reviews about places I like, and I try to be forgiving of minor faults. Mexico City is not Paris and I am not Michelin. If I don't like it I don't write about it except, in some cases where the hype or fame may merit the negative criticism. So take it all with a grain of salt."
